Jacksonville Boat Show Moves to Jaguars Home Field

The Jacksonville In-Water Boat Show is relocating to the Jacksonville Jaguars home field. JBM & Associates, producers of the show, have secured TIAA Bank Field from April 3 to 5, 2020, for the land portion of the annual show. Boats will be set up on the football field, on the concourse, and in sections of the parking lot. It is a move that is a first for the facility, according to ASM Global General Manager Bill McConnell.

Due to the planned demolition of the Hart Bridge off-ramps into downtown, Metropolitan Park is not available for the 2020 show. However, the park’s marina will still play a major role in the Jacksonville In-Water Boat Show with all the in-water displays being held there. The City of Jacksonville has also come on board as a sponsor of the event.

JBM plans to offer free attendance to those visiting the marina displays and will provide shuttle service between the stadium and the marina. The stadium portion of the event will be ticketed and will host more than 70 vendors selling marine-related products and services, family friendly activities and hundreds of boats for sale.

“The Jacksonville Marine Association is extremely excited about the Jacksonville In-Water Boat Show for 2020,” Rusty Gardner, president of the Jacksonville Marine Association, said. “The combination of TIAA Bank Field paired with the city marina will provide a nautical showcase that is sure to excite our boating community.”
