Safe Harbor Marinas Acquires Three Palm Beach County Marinas

Safe Harbor Marinas has acquired Old Port Cove Marina, North Palm Beach Marina and New Port Cove Marine Center all located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Old Port Cove Holdings, Inc. (OPC) of North Palm Beach agreed to sell the three full-service facilities along with all the associated amenities. The marinas have approximately 650 slips total for vessels ranging in size from 20 to 200 feet. The purchase also includes Cove Plaza, an office/retail complex, and Sandpiper’s Cove Restaurant and Bar. OPC purchased the first marina in its portfolio in the 1970’s and over the years has renovated all of the marinas from the ground up.

Old Port Cove Marina is a designated Florida Clean Marina, with the other two marinas in the process of applying for the same designation. OPC, and now Safe Harbors Marinas are committed to the conservation of Lake Worth Lagoon.

The acquisition of these three marinas further expands the portfolio of Safe Harbors Marinas, which owns and operates more than 60 properties.
