Ingman Marine to Acquire Cannons Marina

Ingman Marine, a fourth-generation, family-owned boat dealership with more than 45 years of service across Southwest Florida, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Cannons Marina on Longboat Key. The acquisition closing is imminent.

Cannons Marina will become Ingman Marine’s fourth location, strengthening a long-standing partnership with Grady-White Boats. Together, the two family-run dealerships bring more than 135 years of combined experience to Florida’s Gulf Coast.

For almost half a century, the Ingman family has grown from a single location into one of Florida’s most respected names in boating. Now in its fourth generation, the family continues to lead the business with a focus on integrity, expertise and customer service. Ingman’s enduring partnership with Grady-White and Yamaha Outboard Motors has been central to that growth and reputation.

Founded in 1955, Cannons Marina is Florida’s oldest and most regarded Grady-White dealer, representing the brand for nearly five decades. Known for its loyal customer base and deep community roots, Cannons has long been recognized for its award-winning service and dedication to quality.
