The property sits on 81+/- fee simple acres, offering ample excess dry and wet land for RV site and wet slip expansion.

Simply Marinas conducted an off-market, confidential offering process and sourced buyers from its proprietary database. The property went under agreement shortly after the Simply Marinas team signed an exclusive listing with the Sellers.
