Suntex Acquires Two Channel Islands Marinas

Suntex Marina Investors LLC has strategically expanded its holdings in the Channel Islands Harbor. Suntex completed the purchase of two premier properties in Oxnard, California: Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbor Marina.

The addition of Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbor Marina adds over 780 premium slips to the Suntex portfolio, each offering unique benefits to the boating community.

Known for its community-focused location, Vintage Marina features over 380 slips, accommodating vessels from 25 feet up to 100-foot end-ties. Boaters have direct walkability to the Hollywood Beach, multiple waterside dining options and the popular weekly Farmer’s and Fisherman’s Markets.

Channel Islands Harbor Marina is recognized as a premier, recently renovated facility.
