Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Boat Tree Marina

Simply Marinas brokered the sale of Boat Tree Marina, a full service inland  marina in Central Florida with vast offerings. The marina is in Sanford, Florida, on the St. Johns River, a popular cruising route.

It includes approximately 200 wet slips and 400 dry storage units, along with a service component and restaurant tenants. It can accommodate large vessels due to its 14-foot basin average depth.  It has a 40,000-pound travel lift and offers routine boat maintenance and bottom painting. 

Boat Tree is a state certified clean marina. Guests have access to a full suite of amenities, notably a ship’s store, fuel dock, two on-site restaurants, boat and motor service and repair. Most of the net income is derived from boat storage and third-party commercial tenant rents.

The marina is within close driving distance to major population centers. It operates on long-term leasehold land on 21 acres and 30,000 square feet. The acquisition presents upside for additional dry storage and an RV park.
