Marina Brokerage Advisors Announces Sale of Xtreme Cove Marina

Marina Brokerage Advisors announced the successful closing of Xtreme Cove Marina, the largest marina on Oklahoma’s beautiful Lake Eufaula. The well-established property is located in the heart of the city and has high demand. The sale represents a significant transaction in the marine industry.

The marina has more than 400 wet slips, a large ship store, a fuel dock and a floating restaurant. The sale included the marina business operations and the asset’s underlying long-term land lease.

Kyle Peterson and George Waidelich represented the seller in the transaction. The marina was acquired by New Haven Marinas, an experienced operator excited to build upon the marina’s existing legacy and continue to improve the property.
