Grove Point Marinas Acquires Two Cape Cod Marinas

Grove Point Marinas has acquired Bosun’s East Falmouth Marina (formerly Edward’s Boat Yard) and Mashpee Neck Marina, both of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Both marinas had undergone maintenance and upgrades. At Bosun’s, two large buildings were removed and replaced with a 6,000-square-foot structure. Parking lots were regraded and paved to better direct stormwater runoff and a new wash pad with a water recycling system, fuel dock and travel lift were installed. Some of the old boat ramps were filled in, and the bulkhead along the property was rebuilt and realigned.

Waterside improvements included dredging and removing and rebuilding the docks, using fixed and floating piers.

These two acquisitions add to Grove Point’s purchase of Green Pond Yacht Club, which the firm acquired for $7.8 million in October 2024. The investment firm currently owns nearly two dozen marina properties across 12 states.
