New Marina on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway

Construction is currently underway for Port 32 Palm Beach Gardens Marina on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. With demolition and re-design complete, the project now involves building the state-of-the-art facility with the help of Marina Technologies (MTI).

New docking includes four new staging docks for the dry stack, a fuel dock, permanent slips, and transient docks for the River House Restaurant. MTI is providing its heavy-duty floating aluminum frame dock system S190 with IPE decking, dual top-access utility troughs, 4-inch soft PVC fendering with corner bumpers, hi-stability concrete floats and 12-inch and 18-inch cleats. The dock layout includes a total of seven new gangways, with dockage designed to accommodate vessels up to 112 feet.

Two new 83-foot-tall dry storage buildings will accommodate a total of 451 vessels up to 47 feet in length. With an overall budget exceeding $80 million, the improvements will also include boat sale showrooms, office space, a ship’s store and a fuel station.
