Marina Holdings Acquires Irwin Marine

Marina Holdings LLC announced the acquisition of Irwin Marine, a premier marine dealership and service provider serving the Lake Winnipesaukee region. The transaction is being completed in partnership with Resilient Marinas.

Under the structure of the agreement, Marina Holdings LLC will manage and operate the sales and service business activities of Irwin Marine, while Resilient Marinas will own the marina property and real estate assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
