PCC Announces New Board of Directors

The Pacific Coast Congress of Harbormaster and Port Managers elected new officers and board members during its Spring Conference in Emeryville, California, April 20 to 22.

Giuseppe Alvarado of Port of Seattle, WA, was elected board president for the coming year. Tara Reilly, Des Moines Marina, WA, was elected vice president; Debbie Scacco, Port of Toledo, OR, was elected secretary/treasurer. Elected to fill the second board position role for AK, was Angela Thrower, City & Borough of Juneau. Scott Grindy, Port of San Francisco, CA, now serves as the immediate past president.

  • Patrick Belanger, Nanaimo Port Authority, BC
  • Alyce Henry, Oak Harbor Marina, WA
  • James Weaver, Port of Poulsbo, WA
  • Jeff Griffin, Port of Bandon, OR
  • Kody Robinson, Port of Newport, OR
  • Becca Gross, Port of San Francisco, CA
  • Chris Tibbe, San Mateo County Harbor, CA

Members of the executive committee serve two-year terms, and board members serve for three years. Elections are held each year during the organization’s spring event.
