National Marina Sales Brokers Sale of Morgan Marina

National Marina Sales announced the successful sale of Morgan Marina (now, the “Jersey Yacht Center”), a well-established full-service marina located in Sayreville, New Jersey. The transaction was brokered by Rick Roughen, broker/owner of National Marina Sales, who represented the sellers throughout the sales process.

Originally established as a small marina in the 1960s, the property has evolved into one of the area’s premier storage and service facilities, serving recreational boaters throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region. The marina features 210 wet slips, extensive dry storage capacity for more than 400 boats, haul-out and launch capabilities and a full range of maintenance and marine services.

The new ownership plans to make significant investments at the Jersey Yacht Center, including enhancements to the facility’s infrastructure and expanded services to elevate the customer experience. These initiatives are expected to strengthen the marina’s position as a premier boating destination on Raritan Bay while preserving its longstanding commitment to serving the regional boating community.
