Suntex Expands Its Portfolio in California

Lake Don Pedro Marina and Moccasin Point Marina in Tuolumne County, California, have been purchased by Suntex Marina Investors, LLC.

The facilities are located on Lake Don Pedro, the sixth largest reservoir in California. Moccasin Point Marina on the eastern side offers boat and slip rentals and a convenience store, while Lake Don Pedro Marina sits on the western shore and is a full-service facility with fuel, houseboat, ski boat, fishing boat and personal watercraft rentals, bait and tackle and other supplies.

These facilities join the other 45 Suntex properties located across the United States.
