Ashley Marine Acquires L&M Marine

David Kendall, CCIM, senior advisor and national marina specialist with SVN Marinas, announced the successful sale of L&M Marine, a premier full-service marine dealership headquartered in Stapleton, Alabama, with a satellite location at Day Break Marina on Bayou Chico in Pensacola, Florida, to Ashley Marine, LLC. The transaction closed on October 24, with Kendall serving as the exclusive advisor to the seller.

Founded in 1985, L&M Marine began as a locally owned specialty marine shop and has grown into one of the largest multi-line outboard dealerships in the Gulf Coast region. The company built its reputation serving the saltwater inshore and freshwater fishing markets, becoming a top regional dealer for several leading brands.
