Coastal Properties Awarded Management Contract of Maryland

A management contract for oversight of the Maryland Yacht Club has been awarded to Coastal Properties Management of Annapolis, Maryland.

Located on a peninsula near Rock Creek in Pasadena, the club offers a pool, play area, clubhouse, fuel, junior sailing program and several planned cruises and catered events. Resident memberships for slip holders, and social memberships for non-slip holders are both available. 

The yacht club is one of the oldest in the United States, dating back to the early 20th century.
