Docks EXPO Opens Dec. 5

Docks Expo kicks off today with close to 100 exhibitors, 20 education sessions and lots of opportunity for attendees to network.

Early reports show attendees coming from 40 different states, as well as Mexico and Canada, with the majority being owners or managers of marinas. A double-digit increase in attendee numbers over last year is expected.

The education sessions, which were developed in coordination with the University of Wisconsin, will cover topics including environmental best management practices, safety, renovation, boat clubs, marketing, industry trends and more. Speakers will present directly to audiences and new this year, there will be roundtable discussions where attendees can ask questions and share ideas with industry experts.

The Marina of the Year award winners will be announced during an evening reception and the show caps off with a wrap-up party Thursday night at the Last Call Saloon – a Nashville favorite.
