EHP Acquires Three Long Island Marinas

EHP Hospitality Group, the rapidly expanding platform of resorts, marinas, and restaurants situated on premier waterfront and prime real estate across The East End announced the addition of three new marinas to their portfolio: Prime Marina Southampton, New Suffolk Shipyard, and New Suffolk Shipyard—Cutchogue Harbor. Under the new ownership, the marinas will be rebranded as Shagwong Marinas of Southampton, New Suffolk, and Cutchogue. EHP Hospitality Group will elevate the marinas with improvements to both the facilities and the overall guest experience.

The  5.12-acre Shagwong Marinas—Southampton, is a full-service marina offering approximately 175 wet slips that can accommodate yachts up to 120 feet, has capacity to store over 125 yachts in the off-season, and has a fueling dock and three boat lifts handling 75-ton vessels.  The marina features a yoga studio and ship’s store. The marina offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, Shinnecock Bay, and Peconic Bay.

With more than 60 slips, Shagwong Marinas—New Suffolk, is one of the oldest marinas on Eastern Long Island and is situated across 2.3 acres in the heart of Long Island’s wine country with convenient proximity to beaches and restaurants in New Suffolk Village.

Shagwong Marinas—Cutchogue spans 3.82 picturesque acres and with more than 100 slips with deep-water access, a ship’s store, a fueling dock, summer dockage, and winter storage capabilities for boats up to 60 feet.

The new marina acquisitions solidify EHP Hospitality Group’s position as one of the largest marina owners and operators in Long Island, now totaling nearly 500 slips.
