Grand Opening of One Particular Harbour

Minto Communities and Margaritaville Holdings will host a grand opening event February 9 at One Particular Harbour, Margaritaville’s new deep-water marina. The marina and adjoining 132 luxury residences are located at Harbour Isle, Minto’s 220-acre private island community on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida.

The event will feature three live bands, a water ski show, aerial artist shows, stilt walkers, a photo booth, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and giveaways. Trolleys will take guests to view the new marina, model homes and the Harbour Isle Beach Club. Boats from MarineMax, Galati Yacht Sales, Erickson Marine and Cannons Marina will also be on display.

The new marina includes 55 wet slips for boats up to 45 feet and an enclosed boathouse capable of supporting 128 vessels up to 42 feet. Features include high-strength, welded aluminum floating docks, a boathouse building rated to 150 mph, and a floating fuel dock with alcohol-free fuel and marine diesel. Additional marina features include dockside water and electricity, detailing services, air-conditioned restrooms, shower and laundry facilities, and a ship’s store. The new marina provides direct, no-bridge access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It is within easy cruising distances to Longboat Key, Sarasota, Egmont Key, Downtown St. Petersburg, nearby waterfront restaurants and more.

One Particular Harbour is being developed by Minto Communities in partnership with Margaritaville Holdings. Construction of a 131-room hotel and freestanding Floridays Restaurant & Grill, both adjacent to the marina, is slated to begin in early 2019.
