Integra Investments Acquires Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorag

Miami-based real estate investment and development firm Integra Investments, through its Integra Marinas platform, announced the acquisition of Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage in Stuart, Florida, just north of Palm Beach. Developed in 2008 and purchased from Pamela Huizenga Alexander and Jay Alexander, the marina is the latest addition to the Integra Marinas portfolio, marking the company’s 10th marina acquisition to date and its seventh active marina alongside partner BLG Capital Advisors and other private investors.

Situated at 615 Southwest Anchorage Way, Sunset Bay Marina is in the heart of Stuart, centrally positioned adjacent to the city’s downtown and within walking distance of popular restaurants and entertainment venues. Its location also affords a seamless connection to the Stuart Riverwalk. Notably, Sunset Bay stands as one of the final stops along the Okeechobee Waterway, a coveted shortcut for boaters en route to the west coast of Florida, highlighting its popularity as a transient marina.

Boasting 198 wet slips and 66 mooring spaces, the marina is capable of berthing vessels up to 140 feet in length and delivers a comprehensive boating experience, including gas and diesel fueling stations, a fully stocked ship’s store, electric service, and vessel pumpout. While staying at Sunset Bay, boaters can enjoy two of Stuart’s premier food and beverage establishments, Sailor’s Return and Gilbert’s Coffee Bar, both located onsite. Oasis Marinas will manage the property.
