Integra Marinas Acquires Four Fish Inn and Marina

Miami-based real estate investment and development firm Integra Investments (Integra), under its “Integra Marinas” platform, with investment partner, BLG Capital Advisors, announced the acquisition of Four Fish Inn and Marina in Jensen Beach, Florida. This news marks the company’s entrance into the Martin County market and continued growth trajectory as a prominent player in the marina sector.

At 2225 NE Indian River Drive, Four Fish Inn and Marina is situated between Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach. Integra Marinas plans to invest significantly to reposition the marina into a world-class boating destination. The acquisition includes approximately nine acres of land for upland development, which Integra Marinas seeks to entitle for new waterfront residences.

As part of the asset upgrade, Integra Marinas will renovate all portions of the marina. This includes the ground-up development of a hurricane-compliant dry-stack facility which will accommodate the indoor storage of vessels up to 35 feet, along with the expansion of wet slips and the integration of a club amenity.

Oasis Marinas, will manage the property. Integra Marinas acquired the asset from the Huizenga family.
