Marina Expansion on Dale Hollow Lake

A series of improvements have led to a better boater experience at Sunset Marina and Resort on Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee. The marina’s recent expansion project provides a unique layout with a large T-shaped dock that fills the existing cove while maintaining efficient boater access. The new system includes two single-sided dock sections with 20 standard 12 by 30-foot slips each and one back-to-back dock section with 30 standard 12 by 30-foot slips on each side for a total of 100 new slips. The dock system resides in the middle of the cove, connected to the shore by a 12-foot-wide 400-foot access walkway and 6 by 24-foot gangway.

Marina Development, Inc.
