Marine Brokerage Advisors Announces Sale of Port Harbor Marine

Marina Brokerage Advisors announced the sale of Port Harbor Marine, a full-service marina and boat dealership platform comprising six sales locations and three marinas across Maine and Massachusetts. Marina Brokerage Advisors represented the seller.

Founded in 1974, Port Harbor Marine grew over five decades into the largest privately owned boat dealership in the Northeast, representing more than a dozen boat brands and operating a full-service department. The platform spans more than 2,400 rentable units across its network of wet slips, rack storage, and indoor storage, anchored by three marinas: Spring Point Marina and Breakwater Marina in South Portland, and Jordan Bay Marina on Sebago Lake in Raymond, Maine.
