Meeco Sullivan Acquires Ownership Interest in Wahoo Docks

Meeco Sullivan’s parent company, Tuckahoe Holdings has acquired a majority ownership interest in Wahoo Docks, based in Georgia. Wahoo Docks is a supplier of aluminum floating dock systems. The acquisition expands Meeco Sullivan’s line of products, which includes galvanized steel and timber floating dock systems. Combined, the companies have 110 years of dock experience. Tim Obsy, President of Wahoo Docks will retain his ownership position and continue as President.
