MyTaskit’s new mobile app developed for field technicians facilitates a faster and more efficient view of all assigned work tasks, with the ability to update work orders in real-time using key features, including voice-to-text recordings to increase productivity. Other new features include an offline/online mode, time stamped support content, accurate labor hours reporting, real-time job updates and an enhanced search and filter feature.
