Natchez Wins ICOMIA’s Golden Cleat Award

The ICOMIA Marinas Group (IMG) Golden Cleat Award has been presented to Daniel S. Natchez, president of Daniel S. Natchez & Associates Inc. of Mamaroneck, New York.

The award was announced at a gala dinner event during the recent ICOMIA World Marinas Conference in Portugal, and Natchez was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his exceptional leadership, advocacy, and dedication to the betterment of the world’s marina industry.

Natchez has been a leading proponent of the industry, with a proactive, unique approach for enhancing the marine environment through meaningful, functional design especially with a view to making marinas more accessible for people with limited mobility. In receiving his award Natchez said “I am at a loss for words, and for those who know me, that is rare – a most humbling experience.”

The Golden Cleat Awards are held every two years at the ICOMIA World Marinas Conference and are designed to promote excellence and leadership in the marina world.
