National Marine Lenders Association Introduces New Board

The National Marine Lenders Association has announced the results of the association’s recent election for three board seats and the board’s confirmation of officers.

The candidates elected to serve on the Board of Directors through 2021 are incumbent Jim Coburn, managing director, Coburn & Associates (MI); Ken Donner, senior vice president and director of Retail Marine Credit for Shore Premier Finance (VA), a division of Centennial Bank; and Noelle Norvell, president of Luxury Financial Group (FL).

The slate of officers for 2019 will be John Haymond, president (Medallion Bank, UT); Robert Dunford Jr., vice president (Trident Funding LLC, CT); Jackie Forese, secretary (Forest Green Associates, NY); and William Otto, treasurer (Lake Effect Financial Services, MI).

The National Marine Lenders Association is a membership organization for lenders such as commercial banks, private financing firms, savings and loan companies, and credit unions as well as retail service companies who extend or originate credit to consumers, retailers/dealers and manufacturers of recreational boats and equipment. Membership is also open to businesses associated with other important marine industry segments such as registration and title services, recovery agents, marine insurance agents and companies, industry associations, surveyors, software firms, valuation publication companies, media, admiralty attorneys, and industry consultants.
