National Marine Representatives Association Expands Member Benefits

Independent sales representatives who are full members of the National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) will now automatically receive membership in the Manufacturers’ Agents National Association (MANA).

NMRA has worked closely with MANA for many years and regularly offers its members access to its SalesWise business development training and coaching teleforums. The organizations frequently collaborate on projects and have co-presented at the International Boating Expo.

NMRA member benefits already include free legal counsel, business leads, sales contract templates and a representative voice within the marine industry. A MANA membership will include a listing in a searchable database of independent sales professionals, access to educational opportunities, special reports and publications, and the monthly magazine, Agency Sales.

For more than 60 years, MANA has served manufacturers’ agents worldwide, and provided the tools to develop and foster the rep/principal business relationship. It helps fund the Manufacturers’ Representative Educational Research Foundation for professional education. Its website is www.manaonline.org.
