New Docking System at Palm Beach Gardens Marina

The Ritz-Carlton/PGA Landing Marina in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, now welcomes boaters with a new state-of-the-art docking system. The docks are Marina Technologies (MTI) Model S-222 which accommodate vessels up to 80 feet in length. It’s a heavy-duty aluminum-framed system complete with MTI’s composite decking and dual top-access utility troughs, according to MTI’s Project Development Manager, Bob Berry. The docks are anchored by steel piles wrapped in UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) sleeves. The luxury marina allows dockage for the Ritz Carlton Residences at Palm Beach Gardens.

Stuart, Florida-based Brother’s Construction installed the docking system and built the marina’s new seawall. With the dock installation complete, the marina plans to install the utilities, including water, power, lighting, pump-out, and fire suppression next summer. Six boat lifts, also planned for installation next summer, will accommodate vessels up to 45 feet in length. The marina’s location on the intracoastal waterway allows for direct access to the Jupiter and Palm Beach inlets, providing a link between Palm Beach Gardens and the Bahamas.
