New Haven Marinas Expands in Florida

New Haven Marinas has acquired Scipio Creek Marina, adding a premier full-service marina in the heart of historic Apalachicola, Florida, to its growing portfolio. The acquisition marks New Haven Marinas’ first property in Florida and ninth marina across six states.

A key part of the property’s appeal is its exceptional waterfront hospitality offering. Half Shell Dockside Restaurant & Bar is one of the area’s premier waterfront dining destinations and a significant revenue driver for the business, attracting both boaters and visitors to the property.
