Reynolds Lake Oconee Marina Operations Director Wins Award

Brian Baker, director of marina operations at Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia, has received the Leader of the Quarter Award for the second quarter of 2018. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a resort, community and club located about 90 miles east of Atlanta. The lake is 19,000 acres with 374 miles of shoreline.

Baker is the director of marina operations for four marinas on the lake, Great Waters Marina, Linger Longer Marina, Lake Club Marina and Landing Marina. The facilities encompass 600 slips available for the both members and the public.

Previously Baker worked as both a general manager and regional manager for a large marina group, overseeing an area spanning from Maryland to Georgia. He joined the Reynolds team in 2016.

“I have the pleasure of working with a great group of people at the marinas that all share a common goal of helping everyone enjoy their time at Reynolds,” Baker said. “I wake up every day excited to come to work and see people having a blast.”
