Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Iconic Lake of the Ozarks Resort Property

Simply Marinas, in partnership with Graymeadow LLC, brokered the sale of Coconuts RV Resort, Marina, and Vacation Rentals and Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar and Grill. This was a rare acquisition of an iconic Lake of the Ozarks destination property.

The property includes 163 boat slips and 21 PWC slips, as well as a new 200+ RV resort and multiple short-term vacation rental residences. A destination bar and restaurant and multiple pools round out the resort-feel of the location.

The brokerage team facilitated the sale after a detailed and complex due diligence process by a sophisticated buyer group that won this large scale and significant acquisition bid.
