Simply Marinas recently brokered the sale of KAM Marine – Jefferson representing both buyer and seller. The buyer is a local cash buyer who closed on the marina with a short due diligence and closing period. 

KAM Marine, Jefferson, is a full-service marina located on more than 11 acres in Detroit, Michigan. The facility offers covered and uncovered wet slips, heated indoor storage, a rack storage building, and outdoor dry storage for boats up to 60 feet. In addition, the facility provides engine repair; fiberglass and paintwork, interior and exterior restorations, insurance repairs, and boat sales in a dealer showroom with major street frontage. The business is in a prime location, 20 minutes from downtown Detroit, and has undergone major site improvements within the past few years.
