Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Riverview Marina

Simply Marinas recently brokered the sale of Riverview Marina in Riverview, Florida. The transaction was handled confidentially. The Simply Marinas Team represented both the seller and the buyer.  

The property, located off State Road 301 with high road traffic and 20 minutes from Tampa Bay, is a newly constructed dry storage marina. It houses 152 dry stack enclosed units, and expansion upside to add 200 additional outside units. Construction was ongoing during the contract period.

Riverview Marina will help to meet a local need in this fast-growing area, offering a unique moorage and riverside service for the booming boating and recreational market in the Tampa-St. Petersburg region.
