Simply Marinas represented the seller and buyer in the sale of Smugglers Cove Marina and Riverfront Campground, located on Craig’s Creek Lake just off the Ohio River in Warsaw, Kentucky.

This was a rare opportunity for the buyer to acquire an 89-slip marina with an 18-pad RV campground abutting the popular boating destination of the Ohio River.
