Simply Marinas brokered the sale of Yacht Haven Marina in Marathon, Florida. The pristine, new construction marina is strategically located in the highly desirable boating market of the Florida Keys and offers unrestricted ocean access. Marathon is centrally located 80 miles south of mainland Florida and just 50 miles from Key Largo and 48 miles from Key West. Marathon is serviced by bus lines to Key West and the Mainland, and by the Marathon Airport, which offers connections to Miami and Ft Lauderdale.
