Simply Marinas Releases Marina Seller’s Guide

The Simply Marinas team has put together a guide to assist marina owners on how to prepare their marina to be put up for sale. The processes and recommendations described in this guide are based on the team’s decades of proven results, including more than 250 marina clients and over $380 million in recent sales.

This guide discusses strategies to optimize a marina’s value at the time of the sale. It also provides recommendations for the presale strategic planning, valuation through the contract, and exit stages. 

The Simply Marinas team’s intent with the guide is that the recommendations will increase the marina’s appeal to buyers and will offer sellers a valuable negotiation advantage in discussions with buyers to achieve the highest possible value.
