Stella Marinas Acquires Hope Springs Marina

SVN Marinas announced the successful sale of Hope Springs Marina, a full-service marina located on Aquia Creek in Stafford, Virginia. The property was acquired by Stella Marinas, a growing Chesapeake-focused marina platform.

SVN Marinas represented Stella Marinas in the acquisition and worked closely with the seller to facilitate a smooth, confidential, and collaborative transaction. The process was managed discreetly to protect the seller’s privacy, minimize disruption to operations and achieve a successful outcome for all parties.

Hope Springs Marina offers a strategic location within the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay boating corridor, with protected water access, wet slips, an enclosed indoor boathouse, launch ramps, parking, beach frontage, clubhouse amenities and upland recreational areas.
