TopSide Marinas Acquires North Point Yacht Club

TopSide Marinas recently acquired its third marina, North Point Yacht Club, located on Lake Belton in Temple, Texas. Started by two friends with a passion for the outdoors and a love of the water, co-founders of TopSide Marinas and boating enthusiasts Stephen Lehn and Jacob Boan put a strong emphasis on customer service– and fun.

“Everything we do comes back to hospitality. We want to foster environments where families and friends feel welcome to come and enjoy their time on the water. I grew up boating with family on inland Texas lakes and along the Gulf Coast and those are some of my favorite childhood memories. We want to be the destinations where families and friends come to connect and have fun together,” said Stephen Lehn, co-founder of TopSide Marinas.

TopSide approaches every transaction with a high level of integrity and puts a strong emphasis on understanding the history of the marinas it acquires.

“We are excited to announce our plans to invest in and grow North Point’s boat storage capacity by adding 70+ new wet slips. We are working with our partners at the US Army Corps of Engineers on this project and will share updates with our members and the public in the near future,” said Jacob Boan, co-founder of TopSide Marinas.
