MRA Asks Marinas For COVID-19 Response

The Marine Recreation Association (MRA) board of directors held its April 1 board meeting via a conference call. At the beginning of the meeting, each board member was asked how their marina, boatyard or business was handling the current COVID-19 situation. The comments produced tips and discussion that led the board to extend the request for information to the MRA membership.

The associations’ April e-newsletter will be published at the end of the month and marina/boatyard operators are asked to share in a paragraph or two, how COVID-19 has affected business. Send stories by April 27 to Mariann Timms at timms@marina.org.

MRA will also be sending out a survey via Constant Contact with results to be shared in May.
