Freedom Boat Club Issues Awards for Top Employees and Franchises

Freedom Boat Club handed out awards in several categories to recognize the achievements of franchises and employees.

Franchise of the Year went to Freedom Boat Club of Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Florida. Employee George Biastre, who works at this location, won Membership Executive of the Year for top sales.

The Tampa Bay, Florida, location won Marketer of the Year and Territory Expansion awards, while Matt O’Hara of Freedom Boat Club of Lake George, New York, was named Marketing Brand Champion. Nick Hooge of Seattle, Washington, won Rookie of the Year and Freedom Boat Club of Fort Pierce, Florida, won the award for highest percentage increase in revenue.

New this year was the National Charity Marketing Partners honor that recognized 14 franchises that supported the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America. Freedom Boat Club of Texas raised the most money for the organization.

The top ten franchises were inducted into the 2017 Pacesetter’s Club. Inductees included owners from: Vancouver, B.C.; Maryland/Washington, D.C.; Tampa Bay; Lake Lanier, Georgia.; eastern New York; San Diego; Lake Norman, North Carolina.; Sebastian Inlet, Florida; Chicago; and Hilton Head, South Carolina.
