Pettit Paint Expands Operations To North Carolina

Thanks to significant growth over the last few years, Pettit Paint has announced it is investing in production, warehouse and service capabilities to keep up with customer demand. To do this they are opening a new warehouse and shipping facility in Mount Airy, North Carolina.

The new facility will more than triple warehouse capacity and functionality to allow more efficient service to customers and provide flexible capacity in peak periods. Centrally located on the coast, the new shipping facility will provide faster shipping times for 805 customers.

The corporate offices will be moved to Hickory, North Carolina, expanding current office space by approximately 15,000 square feet. The new office facility will centralize customer service and commercial leadership for Pettit, Ramuc and ValvTect, while allowing for future expansion. The company’s Rockaway, New Jersey, facility will remain the global manufacturing hub.

Transitions are underway and expected to be completed by August.
