Snag-A-Slip Acquires MarinalifePublished on December 1, 2017
Baltimore, Maryland-based Snag-A-Slip has acquired Marinalife, in a move to boost the company’s sales and marketing efforts around the United States and the Caribbean.
The Marinalife acquisition, and having the company’s founder and CEO join Snag-A-Slip as Chief Strategy Officer, will allow Snap-A-Slip to expand its focus on concierge services and customer experience. Snap-A-Slip is an online boat slip reservation company that showcases marinas and allows boaters to make online reservations based on their desires and needs. Marinalife has been providing boaters travel resources and destination guides including marina information, as well as cruising concierge services through web, mobile and magazine platforms.
“By joining forces, both Snag-A-Slip and Marinalife will expand offerings and provide a more comprehensive experience for boaters and marinas,” McPeters said. “This partnership combines decades of experience, customer service and premium content with new technology, enhanced resources and a passionate and skilled team. The possibilities are endless and very exciting.”
